MEN'S HEALTH AND WELLNESS DAY - APRIL 14

This FREE event sponsored by the Middlesex Hospital is designed to provide access to healthcare and community services for men who have limited or no health insurance. It will be Saturday, April 14, 2012 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at First United Methodist Church 24 Old Church Street Middletown, CT. There will be Prostate cancer screening and education, foot care, medical assessment of health concerns, basic eye exams, blood pressure screenings, smoking cessation, cancer prevention education, physical therapy, mental health services and massage therapy/reflexology.
