This Thursday October 13, 2011 is the
Rockfall Foundation's 25th Annual Symposium titled
Our Future Food Security: National Issues Local Response. This important event will look at ways in which Middletown can
* plan and reclaim its agricultural legacy
* create a healthful, sustainable food system
* maximize community self-reliance?
There is still time to register. The event starts at
8:30 am to 12:15pm a the Katharine Hepburn Cultural Center with an optional lunch and Common Gardens Tour at the Grace Episcopal Church. It features keynote speaker Mark Winne and discussion panel moderated by Susan Campbell. Amongst the discussion panelists is our very own
