Know Your Rights in the Foreclosure Process

Who Can Attend: Any homeowner who is facing foreclosure or having trouble paying his/her mortgage.Registration by phone is requested before the event. There is no charge to attend.

What: The clinics will offer homeowners information about the judicial foreclosure and mediation process along with guidance on how to prepare and what
documents to bring to court. Referrals to housing counseling agencies will also be made.

Home Ownership Classes October 2011

Tired of renting? Looking for that dream home that you can call your own? Interested in investing in your future? Well...
Home-ownership classes will be starting on October Wednesdays at the NEAT office at 654 Main St led by Liberty Bank's Rosa Carrero. If you are interested in owning a home, this would be a great class to walk you through the ins and outs of homeownership. This class will get you the information you need to make the home-ownership process less daunting. If you are interested, you must sign-up. Please contact the NEAT office to register at (860)346-4845 and speak with a staff member or come into the office. At the time of your call, the official start date, time and other details will be discussed.
